N. D. Ryan is awarded a category A1 NHBC (National House Building Council) certification.
The first Bespoke Home is built
Neil begins his first bespoke build under the company name of Ryan Group.
2006 Award Winner
N. D. Ryan Builders are awarded the 'Design, Heritage and Conservation Winner' by Rochford District Council fo rthe work done at Maritime Mews.
Bespoke Resin Starts
Ryan Group beings to broaden as Bespoke Resin is created. A supplier of all materials to create a flawless driveway made of natural materials.
Charity for Kingsdown School
Ryan Property Group are given a special recognition award by Kingsdown School, located in Eastwood, for supplying a new resin surfaced playground and rubber football pitch.
Thanks from Youth Football
Neil helps Ashingdon Youth Football Club by supplying electricity to the ground, which allows them to continue improvements.
Planning a New Community
Ryan Property Begins plans on Cherry Orchard Senior Living with new homes to be built around a community.
